I am a Fordham University football alum and former Tennessee Titan. I love to help others succeed in achieving their fitness goals. Towards the latter years of my career I was plagued with injuries only later to find out that most of them could have been prevented. I want to pass on my knowledge of corrective exercise, functional movement and sports performance to others. I also hold certifications in kettlebell training, integrated stretching and pre/postnatal, as well as a certificate in mat Pilates, and boxing.
Eric is a certified PT who has 5+ years of diverse experience in the training field. Eric’s primary inspiration for fitness sprouted since his childhood years of practicing martial arts, eventually building his passion into his pursuit of collegiate level football. He has a variety of experience not only training others but also maintaining the healthy lifestyle for himself consistently every day, thus is able to help adapt, customize and motivate training programs that can apply to any individual personality. Not only is he passionate and disciplined in his physical practice, but is also a seasoned vegan and a strong believer in building a sound foundation of flexibility and full body awareness to ensure quality in your lifelong journey with fitness. He aims to create an atmosphere that enhances the longevity of the body while customizing workouts to fit your lifestyle and goals.
My style of fitness incorporates the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical aspects of the human body. I strongly believe that if all dimensions of a person is align when training, the individual willperform at their best. I got introduced to the world of fitness via Martial Arts at the age of 7 and been hooked since. I have a background in Hapkido, Fuji-Ryu Ju-Jit-su, and amateur boxing. Also, I ran track (200m indoor) during high school. My style of training consist of calisthenics, athletic training, boxing, and functional training. My style of coaching is calm, attentive, instructional, and focused encouragement in order to help enhance my students’ confidence in performance. My motto with fitness is “Aim and strive to be the ultimate you!
Laurence is a Manhattan College Alum and former Overseas Basketball Pro. After a small stint in France and Denmark he played 3 years in Italy. Currently he trains youth, Pros and Joe’s on and off the court to experience the same joys the game provided him. While utilizing his knowledge in exercise science and basketball he encourages people to be great at all the components of fitness and to live a balanced life.

In my studies at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, I received a Master of Science in Acupuncture–Orthopedic and Sports Medicine.
The combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture with the knowledge of sports medicine, muscle imbalance, referred pain patterns, injury rehabilitation strategies and Myofascial Release Acupuncture was the perfect combination to prepare me to help athletes and others to reach their mobility and strength training goals to live pain free.
Dr. Robert Morrison graduated from Western States Chiropractic College (WSCC) in Portland, Oregon in 2001. In the same year he relocated to Italy where he gained experience treating thousands of patients in both private practice and in health care facilities throughout the country. By 2009, Dr. Morrison achieved Diplomate status in Applied Kinesiology (D.I.B.A.K.) and became president of the Italian chapter (ICAK Italia).
During his tenure he earned acclaim as an international lecturer and published the authoritative textbook “Applied Kinesiology Manual Muscle Testing.” A year later, Dr. Morrison became a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and Diplomate of the Board of Clinical Nutritionists. In 2014, after 12 years in Europe, Dr. Morrison returned to his hometown New York City where he currently resides and practices.
Dr. Rodrigo A. Imaña grew up in La Paz, Bolivia and is a graduate of Life Chiropractic College West. He practices using the NUCCA (National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association) chiropractic technique along with Meditation.
He believes that humanity is evolving towards greater understanding that health and the full expression of life comes only from within.
