Bull By The Horns Fitness was founded by Darryl Whiting a former NFL player for the Tennessee Titan, and a Fordham University Graduate. His desire to start Bull By The Horns Fitness was born from injuries he sustained during his career and his ability to improve with corrective exercises. His passion for helping others is second to none and he has built a team who shares his passion and commitment to helping others on their fitness journey succeed.


Our mission is to have a positive impact and encourage people of all ages and abilities to get fit and improve their well-being. We deliver the best possible fitness and nutrition solutions to our clients/students through fun, challenging, appropriate and effective program design. Protection, Education, Motivation, and Accountability are our four principles in what we believe are the foundation of leading a healthy lifestyle. A unified body of individuals (instructors, students, trainers, clients) with constant communication to ensure your particular health related goal is accomplished.
